A site for my favorite season!
Welcome to All Things Autumn!

Here’s a little overview of the website – how to access all of the articles, recipes, & featured seasonal products, and a yearly update of what’s new. This year I’ve been busy replacing some of the older graphics & images with new watercolor ones for you to enjoy. I’m also in the process of adding new recipes that are perfect for this time of year.

Last year’s themes were journaling in the fall, and essential oils blends to use in your diffuser in the fall along with posts about their healthy benefits.

And, the year before was Healthy Habits in the Fall! I also first published a page (recently updated) for my fall themed journals & planners –  printables to help you make this your best fall yet!

Previous years have included information about Self Care in the Fall, Autumn Anxiety, Preserving Your Harvest & Food Preservation Recipes. And, over the years, I’ve posted many healthy eating in autumn articles & seasonal recipes.

And, in earlier years, I’ve published Healthy Thanksgiving Recipes that you will enjoy come the big day, and there’s also several Vegetarian Thanksgiving articles & recipes for you if you, or some of your Thanksgiving dinner guests are vegetarian. Oh – check out the Whole Foods Thanksgiving category for more healthy seasonal eating inspiration.

More topics found on this site are seasonal superfoods, essential oils & scents, and herbs & spices for the fall season. And, there’s a pumpkin-load of healthy fall food articles & recipes. Enjoy!

As you might have noticed, I focus heavily on healthy eating & natural health – which happens to be my expertise. Check out Exceptional Aging.com to learn more about me and my mission.

All Things Autumn.com celebrates all the wonderful things about the fall season. On this website, (that I, Leila Rhoden designed & built) you will find interesting information about fall activitiescraftsdécor, and for the special days of this time of year such as Back to SchoolThanksgiving, and Black Friday.

However, there are many articles at your disposal on all the tasks of autumn and of the fun things going on. Under House & Garden you can read about how to get your home and garden prepared for the upcoming winter.

Also, there’s a lot of information on harvesting and storing your fruits and vegetables from your garden (or the farmer’s market!) – just click on the Food tab. Under Recipes you will find recipes for your fall harvest, and under Thanksgiving (including left over turkey), apple and pumpkin treats, and other cooler weather delicacies.

You will find the links to all of the above on the brown upper menu and and alphabetical category list is on the right sidebar. (For mobile users, scroll on down below the content for access.)  The new food preservation articles & recipes are under House & Garden.

More stuff will keep appearing over the next few weeks, so be sure to come back often to see what I have chosen to help make your autumn more stylish and enjoyable!

Thanks for stopping by & I hope you find this site useful for making your fall more enjoyable – and down-right delightful!
