Butternut Squash Overnight Oats

Ingredients

¼ cup of butternut squash puree
? cup overnight soaked whole oats (in the milk)
1 cup milk of any kind
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Yogurt and honey (fruit chunks are optional)

Directions

1. Heat and flip the squash in a microwave for 1 minute intervals 5 times until soft.
Mash until no lumps remain.
2. Put squash in sealable jar with other ingredients and shake thoroughly.
3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
4. When you are ready to eat it, simply reheat for a delicious and easy meal.
5. Toppings are optional

Chocolate Cranberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

? cup overnight soaked whole oats (in the milk)
1 cup milk of any kind
1 ½ tbsp crushed or chopped chocolate
1 tbsp sliced organic almonds
½ cup of fresh crushed cranberries or sliced dried cranberries

Directions

1. Put soaked oats in a bowl.
2. Stir in chocolate and almonds.
3. Add in the cranberries
4. Eat fresh and save leftovers in a sealable jar.

Apple Hemp Seed Overnight Oats

Ingredients

? cup overnight soaked whole oats (in the milk)
1 cup milk of any kind
? cups of cubed apples
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla
1 ½ tbsp hempseed

Directions

1. Put soaked oats in a bowl.
2. Add spices and vanilla.
3. Stir in cubed apples.
4. Top with hemp seed.
5. You can try adding raw walnuts or roasted cashews.

Sweet Potato Overnight Oats

Ingredients

? cup overnight soaked whole oats (in the milk)
1 cup milk of any kind
½ cup vanilla organic yogurt
½ microwaved sweet potato
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg

Directions

1. Microwave the sweet potato for about 3 – 5 minutes until soft.
2. Let it cool down, then cut potato into small cubes.
3. Put soaked oats in a bowl.
4. Add spices and vanilla.
5. Add in cubed potato.
